Client progress tracking across your whole roster

See at a glance who is showing up for check-ins, who is hitting their habits, and who has gone quiet. Your dashboard surfaces the clients who need your attention this week before they have to ask. The behavioral side of progress, the part that tells you whether the work is sticking.

Most coaches with 15 or more clients carry a mental map of who is doing what, refreshed by glancing at the last session note before each call. It works until it doesn't. A client goes quiet for two weeks, you do not notice until session day, and by then they are already drifting. Grove makes the drift visible early so you can intervene with a question instead of a guilt trip.

Client insights showing progress trends across metrics

How Grove handles progress

  • A roster view that surfaces who is on track, who is drifting, and who has gone quiet.
  • Per-client adherence: check-ins completed, habits hit, last activity.
  • Filter or sort to find the clients who need attention this week.
  • Open any client for a full timeline of their recent activity.
Who uses this most

Progress tracking is the spine of health coaching and wellness coaching work where outcomes only become visible across weeks.

Questions, answered

Common questions

How does Grove decide who is "on track"?

Grove combines three signals: check-in completion rate, habit hit rate, and days since last activity. A client showing up daily with most habits hit is on track. A client who has missed several days of check-ins and stopped marking habits surfaces as needing attention. You can drill into any client for the full picture before you reach out.

Can I customize what counts as adherence per client?

Today the adherence signals are standard across your roster (check-in completion, habit hit rate, recency). If a client has different habits and different cadences, the per-client thresholds adjust based on what you set up for them. We are exploring per-client custom adherence rules; if you have a specific need, email hello@grove.coach and tell us what would help.

What about clients I see weekly vs monthly?

The roster view weights recent activity over older patterns, so a monthly client who is engaging daily looks healthy even right after a session. For a weekly client, two missed days surfaces faster than it would for a monthly client. The cadence you have with each client shapes how Grove reads the signal.

Where do measurements and goal charts live?

Measurements and goal-linked trends live on the goals and measurements surface. This dashboard is for the behavioral side: who is showing up, who is engaging, who needs a check-in.
