Coaches set per-client daily nutrition targets — calories, macros, and hand portions side by side — and the client app shows the same plan with one-tap logging. Practices can deliver real nutrition-led programs from day one.

The full coach-to-client loop is wired up: the coach configures the target stack, the client sees the same plan in their app the moment it’s saved, and a tap logs intake against it. Nutrition is a two-language problem — coaches think in grams; clients eat with their hands — so the card shows both, with a quick toggle between the coaching-style portion language (palms, fists, cupped hands, thumbs) and the gram targets behind it. No spreadsheet, no separate app to babysit.
