Resource library

Coaches keep trusted links and files in one reusable library, then share the right item with a client without rebuilding it for every goal or session. Resources attach to goals, sessions, and topics — and Grove tracks what each client has already received.

Resource Library: Share Once, Reuse Everywhere

Resource library view: four cards under filter pills. Two articles with rich link previews (OG image + description + domain), a Loom-style video card with an embedded TED talk thumbnail, and a plain document card with no preview. Each card shows added-date and link-count metadata.

The library is the boring-sounding piece that quietly compounds: every video, PDF, or worksheet you’d otherwise re-link in five different threads now has a home. Pull it onto a session topic, attach it to a goal, send it inside the shared session notes — same source of truth, every time. Link previews pull in automatically for articles and embed live for YouTube/Vimeo, so the library reads like a real shelf, not a list of plain URLs.
