Each morning Grove generates a single-card briefing: today's habits, the one moment that matters most, and the smallest concrete next step. Clients open the app and immediately know what to do, not what to read.
Daily Pulse
Pulse is the first AI-assisted surface a client sees every day. It runs as a scheduled backend job overnight against the client’s active habits, recent check-in signal, and coach context, then renders as a single card on the Today screen, first-person for self-coaching clients and third-person for coached ones. The intent is the opposite of a dashboard: less to scan, more to act on.
