Client onboarding

A client who taps their coach’s invite now lands in a welcome built around the relationship: their coach’s name and a short note from her first, then a promise, about a minute, stop any time. The practical screens come next and stay brief: a name, a timezone, how the daily check-in works, when to be reminded, where things live, and a plain screen showing exactly what the coach can see. Then the intake asks three questions in coach language, who do you want to be, what would feel different a few months from now, what would you like to work on, and every one is skippable, with the flow saying so plainly: skipping costs you nothing, you and your coach will cover it in conversation instead. A read-back screen titled “Here’s what we heard” closes the intake, and the flow ends with Sage introduced as a real yes-or-no choice and the client’s first check-in, done right there, with the send button naming exactly who will read it. The coach opens the first session holding the client’s why, in the client’s own words.
