Booking and payments
Booking and payments are live. You set your pricing once: session types with a duration, price, and description, and packages that track their own remaining count. Your client picks a time and pays with a card through Stripe, or books a free intro consult with no card at all. One-off invoices cover anything outside the catalog and can be paid without a Grove account. The Payments tab holds the whole money picture: collected, pending, package balances, and a running-low nudge with a one-click renewal link. Grove adds no platform fee on client payments.
Booking and payments
The money side of a coaching practice usually lives in three places: a payment app, a spreadsheet of who bought what, and a mental note about whose package is running out. This release folds all of that into Grove.
Set your pricing once in the Billing tab: session types with a name, duration, price, and the description clients see when they book. Add packages that bundle a session type at a package price. A price of zero lists as Free and books without a card, which makes a free intro consult a natural first offering.
Your client books and pays in one step. They pick the offering, choose a time that fits your real availability, and pay through Stripe. Card details never touch Grove. When they buy a package, Grove keeps the count: every booking draws the balance down, and the remaining-sessions view shows them where they stand.
For anything outside the catalog, send a one-off invoice. It goes to any name and email, gets paid on a Stripe-hosted page, and needs no Grove account. The composer nudges you to keep the line item to the service name, because invoices get forwarded to bookkeepers and employers, and health detail does not belong there.
The Payments tab is the confirmation, not the workload: collected and pending totals, recent payments with their status, and every package balance. When one runs low, a Running low badge appears with a renewal link you can copy or email in one click. And Grove takes no cut of client payments: the money moves through your own Stripe account, and everything after Stripe’s card fees is yours.
